Here’s how you can reset your password
On PiratesNet/connectColumbia, click on “Password Reset”, found on the upper right corner of the Main Menu page. Fill out the necessary information Last Name, SSN or ID Number (w number without the w), and click the Submit button. This process will allow you to receive a temporary password by e-mailing it to your Personal or your Student E-mail.
